UK CHEVENING
Chevening Scholarships was established in 1983 and has since opened study opportunities to over 5,000 students from all over the world. It is the UK government’s global scholarship program primarily funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organizations.
This scholarship recognizes and awards scholarships to exceptional students with outstanding leadership potentials from all around the world. It offers academic opportunities at Master’s Degree levels in any subject to around 1,500 students.

UK COMMONWEALTH
Commonwealth Scholarships has been on since 1960 and has awarded scholarships to over 27,800 people globally. It is a fully-funded merit-based scholarship focused on recognizing and awarding scholarships to around 200 exceptional students each year.
The scholarship offers academic opportunities for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

EUROPE ERASMUS
The Europe Erasmus is a scholarship program awarded to students with exceptional qualities. It is funded by the European Union (EU) and is awarded to students from all over the world except for the 27 EU member states.
It supports students to seek higher education and training and it offers financial aids to students.

USA FULBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is a merit-based scholarship that recognizes exceptional graduate students, young professionals, and artists from 155 countries to study and conduct research in the US at U.S universities.
It awards nearly 4,000 international students from 155 different countries each year and it allows studies in all fields.

SANTANDER BANK
Santander Bank Scholarships is primarily designed to support students who are looking to pursue or complete their undergraduate or graduate degrees. It contributes to the financial stability of these international students.
This scholarship awards students with an offer of admission into a one-year, full-time taught Master’s Program at the University of Brighton. Students can choose to study in any field.
Scholarship Value
- A £2,000 fee waiver.
ROTARY FOUNDATION GLOBAL STUDY GRANTS
Rotary Foundation Global Study Grants offers scholarships to non-Rotarians all around the world at the graduate level. It is funded through the Rotary Foundation Global Grants to recognize and encourage students with outstanding qualities to further their education.
It funds graduate-level coursework or research for 1-4 academic years at the universities in scholarship-eligible countries.

USA THE GATES MILLENIUM SCHOLARSHIP
The Gates Millennium Scholarship (GMS) was established in 1999 and has primarily focused on promoting academic excellence as well as providing study opportunities and financial supports for exceptional students who want to further their education.
It is a 1.6 billion dollar initiative financed by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

SWEDISH INSTITUTE STUDY SCHOLARSHIP
The Swedish Institute Study Scholarship is primarily aimed at recognizing and supporting outstanding students who want to further their education. They are focused on developing future global leaders who can contribute to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by developing their home countries.
It is a new scholarship program that awards scholarships to around 300 master’s students from 42 different countries, to study at Swedish Universities.

However, this scholarship doesn’t cover the application fee to university admissions.
JOINT JAPAN WORLD BANK GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program awards scholarships to international students with suitable professional experience who are applying for a master’s degree program.
The scholarship is targeted at supporting students from developing countries of World Bank Member Countries.

AUSTRALIA ENDEAVOUR POSTGRADUATE AWARDS
The Australia Endeavour Postgraduate Awards was established in 2003 to encourage students with exceptional qualities from around the world to further their education.
It offers financial supports to international students to pursue their postgraduate or PhD level studies in any field. These programs could be either coursework or research in Australia for up to 2 and 4 years for masters and PhD respectively.

However, according to this report, the Australian Government has announced there will be no further rounds of the Endeavour Leadership Program (ELP).
FRANCE EIFFEL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established with the primary aim of enticing international students to enrol in their masters and PhD programs.
Scholarship Value
The scholarship value varies for the two academic levels:
- Master’s
Monthly and maintenance allowance (£1,181 for 12-36 months)
- PhD
Monthly allowance (£1,400-£1,700 for 12 months).
Generally:
- International return trip
- Health insurance
- Cultural activities
- National and local transport
- Housing allowance (terms and conditions may apply).
However, this scholarship does not cover the students’ tuition fees.
KOREAN GOVERNMENT SUPPORT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME 2021
The Korean Government Support Scholarship Programme is an annual international program for students aimed at motivating and supporting applicants with financial challenges.
It is awarded to students with outstanding qualities at all academic levels who want to pursue academic opportunities in Korea.
